word poets: Ida beams

Poetry From the site 2.0 publish an interview with Ida Beam:

What is the "health" of poetry in Italy? And what of the poets?

The general state of health is very bad ... but we are still alive. Poetry is nothing but our world. Critics, gender, rent and all the things that are around the world are after, that even after the disaster. Now, a poet and poetry are words to use with caution ... from me, of course.

When you published your first book and how did you realized it was the right time? How did you choose with whom to publish? What did you expect? What has impressed you and why are you disappointed?

I published the first book of short stories with historical edition Re Nudo, in the late '70s. It was not the right time, it happened. Dreams then were collective. I was probably the dream of many others. No disappointment: I thought you dreamed of living and instead, was certainly the best.

If you were a publisher and what would you change what manterresti Italian publishing poetry? What do they expect the poets from publishers?

If I were a small publisher, though rich, but do not bet the company history. If I were a publisher would put great loss in at least one series per line and unpredictable criteria ... Things are easier said than done ... In fact, no publisher and I speak from poetrice! I am expecting distribution by publishers and care, but also a flash of understanding.

The poetry of the future will always be more comprehensive on the web or will be in the bottom of the top shelf of the great libraries of the shopping centers? What is the greatest advantage of the Internet? And the worst risk?

do not know. At the moment I adjusted. It 's the fastest way. It is made with what is available, there is no choice. I think the real struggle within. I can not even vaguely know what I groped for the formidable half will do me. And yet ... the reed and the oak ... yeah, the reed does not break because it bends. It 's an old story .. But to my house today, not bend have the same effect In Japan a thousand years ago ... The web, the middle ... yes, the means, but in the end boss. The poetry of tomorrow? .. Well!

you think about poetry - and art in general - you can build a critical community, a network more competent and careful, to judge from time to time the value of a cultural product? What should the role of criticism and critical of the poetry and the community to which it is addressed?

More than a community to think of an excommunication '. I think of excommunication where it is not a negation, but indicates some sort of gathering of exiles from confinement, the most unexpected. I think of a magma on the move where everyone can come and go, and tell her, without having to tell where it comes from and where it goes. A place where you do not need a tent ... as it is not only in a PC that I need ... As for the value of the works ... I think the same magma. Take for example the dreaded question "what is contemporary art?" And "Who decides how and when a work is a work of contemporary art? "The demand is endless. It takes at least a life, an infinite and endless series of accessions and joints. Not if he becomes head so easily ...

Chi dovrebbe farlo e come?

I live broadcasting of the poem as the final act of' a process of separation: the poetry comes off and goes away, takes off ... so I think ... and of course, the readings and much more are situations where 'poet and poetry' are there still together, but as far as I'm concerned they are already thinking about something else, they're already doing more, are already widespread, in fact ...

The poet is a citizen or a stateless person? What responsibilities does to its audience? What behaviors may be important?

I speak for myself. Toh! Ho scritto arte invece che parte. Del resto va meglio così… Responsi, forse…

Ispirazione, disciplina. Tutte e due. Nessuna delle due. Metà e metà. Dipende. Entriamo nei sistemi complessi. As the living. Working and having to do with the other puts you in the same spark, just that you miss it, you do not realize that even when writing looks like a poet ... But NOT WORK puts you there in the same spark, all the chaos and 'order of which you are a victim, any small system that controls puts you in the same spark and you could, you could ... but it is never enough. There seems to be a leak, a leak somewhere ... find a spark, that's fine, and now you have it what are you doing with this spark? ... Sometimes it takes a moment, and if you do not move, even to yourself if you do not hurry to say something ...

Writing to convey an emotion or idea? The poem has a message, something to ask or something to say?

And here the matter of the message: 'say something' you do not know well what it's always like this, the more we try to say something more stuttering and stammering something in that is lost, but ... in the end we only say with the hidden voice: 'I stammered,' because that is the real thing. 'I'm babbling' here is what I really want to say.

What they think about the people you love poetry? You are forced to split the time more readily devoted to poetry with a job with the poem has very little to do? Find a contradiction in those fortunate enough to write for a living? How do you feel your condition?

For the moment I'm working. Thank goodness. It 's a job that has nothing to do with poetry. Work, what do I have to do, and I am also happy to do so. Sometimes it's good, sometimes it's hard, but is no worse not work ... but this can be understood only by working. From this point of view, ours is a tremendous time. I think the work has a lot to do with poetry ... You are there, and there is something to do, you're in it. Yes, poetry is the work state puro… forse per questo attualmente è senza compenso. Ti richiede attenzione, impegno, misura…

Non so cosa dire. Secondo me, questo è il momento giusto per a stop, but then ...

; ; The ecological footprint

One of the most troubling aspects of our way of life today is illustrated by the concept of ecological footprint, an index expressed in hectares of land, prepared by William Rees and Mathis Wackernagel, which seeks to quantify the 'impact on the biosphere of a community (city, nation, until the whole of humanity), expressed in terms of land area per capita of biologically productive area required to supply all the energy, water and raw materials consumed and to absorb all waste produced by human activities, both as wastes, such as carbon dioxide resulting from fossil fuel use.

is an index that evolves over time depending on the consumption styles of different societies and nations.

The latest figures available are those relating to the year 2003, published in the "Living Planet Report 2006", published by WWF International, Institute of Zoology in London and Global Footprint Network.

The Ecological Footprint is compared with Biocapacity Earth, always measured in acres, which indicates the actual availability of productive terrestrial ecosystems (agricultural land, pastures, forests, fishing areas) needed to meet human needs.

The consumption of fresh water is not included in the calculation of the Ecological Footprint as the application and use of this resource can not be expressed in terms of global hectares of impact.

In fact, you can also bind to other content items of energy: that which was used for the extraction of raw materials, transport, processing, etc..

This is a higher amount of energy to heat.

So the concept of rational use of energy can also be extended to the system of waste management, by evaluating the energy savings resulting from the waste management model chosen.

It is clear the magnitude of energy savings associated with the non-production waste (100%) e al riutilizzo (~85%), da cui sorge la naturale scelta che un'amministrazione deve imporsi ed imporre al fine di dedicare ampio spazio alla Prevenzione e Riduzione dei Rifiuti Urbani, secondo le linee guida indicate nel paragrafo successivo, in accordo con le indicazioni normative richiamate in seguito.

pinpointing " PLAN FOR THE PREVENTION AND WASTE REDUCTION IN THE TERRITORY OF THE PROVINCE OF GENOA "reads:

\u0026lt;

True preventive strategy is thus to unify this linear path so as to minimize the recourse to contribution to the collection circuit of the UK and, consequently, the use of new resources for new goods. This is an essential complement to strategies that seek to develop a closed loop with the reuse of waste - or its transformation into secondary raw materials.

The concept of prevention can be applied only at the stage of waste (prevention at source) and the final stage of landfill or incineration (the term minimization is then used). The field of use of waste through its reuse as an integrated product or as a secondary raw material is certainly a better solution than simply disposal, but we must always remember that "the refusal is better than that was not produced. " Prevention at source is that justifies special attention and priority.

The concept of "prevention at source" you can make a distinction in order of importance: you may prefer a "non-production" for the refusal, or opt for his "reduction or partial reduction." We think the purchase of fruit weight than pre-packaged (albeit with eco-friendly packaging), mechanical watches

compared to those with button cells, prevention of in municipal waste tends to approach the policy of "eco products" while also account of the growth Economic towards the consumption of natural resources.

We highlight these issues by putting the eco-consumer and a top priority to develop the consumption of services and products to meet basic needs and

improve the quality of life, while simultaneously restricting the use of resources natural, hazardous substances and pollutants to avoid jeopardizing the satisfaction of the needs of future generations also.

The "dematerialize" or the use of fewer resources, while still having the objective of arriving at the same level of welfare, is part of this logic ecoconsumo.>>

; The reference to general legal

Directive 2008/98/EC of the European Parliament published in the Official Journal of the European Union reiterates its art 11/22/2008. 4 "The waste hierarchy" and defines that "hierarchy is applied as a priority order of law and policy on the prevention and waste management:

the Directive stipulates that the European Commission submitted to Parliament the report with measures to support the prevention and in particular:

a) "before the end of 2011, an interim report on trends in waste production and the scope of waste prevention including the definition of a policy planning ecologica dei prodotti che riduca al contempo la produzione di rifiuti e la presenza di sostanze nocive in essi (…).

b) entro la fine del 2011, la formulazione di un piano d’azione per ulteriori misure di sostegno a livello europeo volte in particolare, a modificare gli attuali modelli di consumo;

These plans should set targets and to this fact, the Directive provides a framework that can be attached as an example. The directive is clear that "The purpose of these objectives and measures is to decouple economic growth from environmental impacts associated with the generation of waste."

Article 29 paragraph 5, the Directive stipulates that "The commission shall create a system for the information exchange on best practices on waste prevention and develop guidelines to assist Member States in preparing programs. "

Il ruolo della Unione Europea è quindi quello di contribuire alla prevenzione dei rifiuti e di promuovere il riciclaggio informing consumers, by supporting research and technological development of new materials to promote environmental protection and the means to deliver products using fewer resources.>> embankment then

Resta, peraltro, ferma la competenza delle Regioni per la cura di interessi funzionalmente collegati con quelli propriamente ambientali: infatti, anche nel settore dei rifiuti, accanto ad interessi inerenti in via primaria alla tutela dell’ambiente, vengono in rilievo altre materie, state for which the jurisdiction does not preclude the concomitant possibility for regions to act, obviously respecting the uniform levels of protection provided by the State (most recently, Case No. 249 of 2009), "C. cost., December 4, 2009, No 314, paragraph 2.2.) Domestic legislation be interpreted in the light of Community law to ensure the so-called "effectiveness" (C. right., 5 February 1963, C-26/62, Van Gend en Loos); in this regard can not fail to point out that EU law legislation imposes an obligation on the part of states to implement collection systems with recovery of recyclables, not contemplate or authorize systems, such as the national one, founded shares on progressive approach to the full extent of the waste produced in the territory, that that can not be concluded that at least the percentage shares set by the national legislature have an immediate prescriptive value, both to protect the environment and public health (on the instrumentality system of collection, disposal and recycling to the protection of those interests C. Giusti., sent. March 4, 2010, C-297/08, Commission v. Italy), both in the interests of taxpaying citizens (think of that paragraph Article 3. Leg 205. April 3, 2006, No. 152, having set the first paragraph of the shares of the annual collection, introduces an additional burden to local communities municipal which is attributable to the deviation, "Where in water distribution are not met the minimum goals set out in this Article shall apply an additional twenty percent of the charge transfer of a load of waste to landfill ' Area Authorities created by Article 3, paragraph 24 of the Law of 28 December 1995, n. 549, which distributes the burden among those municipalities in its territory who have not reached the percentages referred to in paragraph 1 based on the collection of fees achieved in individual municipalities ") that the powers of the order of the Special Commissioner (possibly responsible) can not determine a level of protection of those interests lower than the national legislation implementing Community law, legitimizing the collection rate levels lower than those established by national legislation (such interpretation is in sharp contrast to outline the goals and objectives that govern the establishment, exercise the powers and commissarial use of resources and, above all, with the Community law, such that, any provision that describes the content presented or produced called the reductive effect should be disregarded).

Conclusion dell'esposto

As the narrative that precedes it becomes necessary to acquire

- official information and data relating to the collection within the territory of the town of Recco from 1999 to 2009, information which has to have regard both to the overall figure of that collection, both referring to that specific segment of the wet fraction representing a share dominant.

- information and official data on the profitability of the collection of the different fractions, and a reasonable estimate of the likely revenue gains from the above collection to the final calculation of damages.

- all acts of investigation, preliminary and deliberations of the council and the board of the City of Recco, thesis the organization of waste collection service (with specific reference to that of the wet fraction) occurred through the different companies delegated to the service, specifically with regard to those contemplating the obligations of the same reach of the shares of recycling required by law.

UNATORREDIBABELE. New Blog for Translation, edited by Dafina Prifti and Kamala Gravagna

For translators: new blog useful to expand in the maze of unatorredibabele:

http://www.unatorredibabele.blogspot.com/

Useful links for translators

Being a good translator is not as easy as it sounds. Do not you just know a foreign language perfectly and have an absolute mastery of his own but it is also important awareness that they can not control everything. It is therefore necessary to continuously improve both linguistic and cultural be well prepared for their field of interest and still have a window open to new things.
But nothing alarming. This does not mean that it is impossible to run a professional translation. Surely today the translator less effort than in the past, when the absence of forcing professionals to browse the Internet all the time encyclopaedias and dictionaries one after another, perhaps because it was not the right expression at the right time.
In fact today we have at hand such as dictionaries and encyclopedias Treccani portal sites as well as easy access and http://www.wordreference.com http://oxfordparavia.it. And in a few clicks standard English is in your mani.
A parte i vari dizionari possiamo verificare quasi ogni dubbio tramite ricerche trasversali su internet.

<< 20milioni dirottati sui servizi sociali >>

ALESSANDRA CONSTANT

GENOA. Way funds for companies. This is the first card to fall in domino Ligurian savings and cuts triggered by the government with the maneuver that cuts in Liguria Tremonti 150milioni and national level about 4 billion euro. "We have the top of our social ladder, then the support for the home and then the local public transport," he warned yesterday the President of the Liguria Region, Claudio Burlando. Basically it means two things: the first is that the budget for 2011 will disappear the € 20 million (partly passed through the mechanisms of the Bassanini Law), which represent one-seventh of the cuts in Liguria, intended to fund Industry, craft, trade, special projects and Civ, and the second is that under investment in next year's budget will amount to mail to zero.a unless the government does not unlock the Fas (Funds for underdeveloped areas), € 340 million from 2009 that are the signature of the government and that of Liguria are still unknown:

"I would be enough power to 100 million € to take off the projects that are ready, "he said yesterday Burlando. "We should not be leaguers to see that the South has EUR 100 billion of investments, including Fas and old European funds, which have not been spent on disability, while the North has spent on them is blocked by the government, "he added. Monday Burlando and the assessors will review each budget item to delete all the unnecessary expenses or that in times of austerity Liguria can no longer afford. As the financing of € 170 thousand (compared to 220, but in 2010 the figure had been cut) for the Festival of Sanremo, the two-thirds of the contributions to regional initiatives (from 300 thousand a100milaeuro), writing off expenses for meetings, the quota of visits, the cancellation of the provision for security. Also provided a block even stronger assumptions, the reduction of funds for environment and tourism. "We need to reshape the institution. The operation of government will have a very violent social, economic, but also very violent "continued the president, who hopes to be able to hold the funds for the social and the long-term care (the latter, which provided for Liguria 14.5 million, was canceled), home (help with rent) and the charge for local public transport. Uncertainties about the cuts and then on the budget (which begins its course around the board in November 22) are still a lot. The first concerns the cuts in social spending: it is not clear whether they fall into the 4 billion already announced or are more and the second is on the TPL.

I Stoppe Taking Ramipril

Care poet

I wanted to greet you and thank you all for the beauty of the ride in recent days.
Today, returned from Rome, I wrote that I dedicate this poem (apparently live among women of all ages has inspired me!).

LUNA

Hello Moon're sweet, spotted, moving:

candy, small cow, slice of onion transparent.

let us sleep on!, Give us the dream and the salvation

and let us grow old without losing the charm.

Moon Knight, traveling in the sky

with the word-thought-sword and shield.

Cat moon disappear into the night licorice

that leaves us with the lone star baby-sitter

not want to be afraid of our darkness:

there in your absence is the only truth.
