Positive outlook for Brazilian real estate sector

The Brazilian real estate sector has recorded over the last two years, an exponential increase in prices. The cause must be sought mainly in the growing demand for real estate. In late 2010 there was a slowdown in sales but the forecast for the current year are positive.
