This year the Italian Hospitality certification mark will be applied even to the best Italian restaurants in the world. The initiative kicks off in Brazil, under the patronage of Unioncamere, Isnat and Italian Chambers of Commerce abroad.

brand Italian Hospitality is a prestigious certification, sponsored by the Chambers of Commerce, which guarantees the quality of the Italian restaurants in both Italy and abroad.
Since May 2010, in fact, recognition is also extended to the activities managed by Italians abroad: candidates all over the world were 1120 and 470 awards. Brazil will be evaluated 70 restaurants in four cities: Sao Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, Porto Alegre and Flopianopolis. The submitted projects will be evaluated by ENIT, ICE, Fife, Federalimentare, Confagricoltura, Coldiretti and Assocamerestero. These institutions do have the task to assess the quality of services offered: " Being fashionable is not considered among the criteria. The important thing is the real capacity of the restaurant to represent the Italian flag outside the country , "explains Erica Bernardini, director of marketing Itlacam, the Italo-Brazilian Chamber of Commerce, industry and agriculture.
This certification is a strong point for the Italian restaurants abroad as it aims to: promote Italian food and wine in the world, enhance the offering dining, strengthen the Italian identity and ensure the quality of " Made in Italy ".
